USES
Children aged three to sixteen who suffer from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) can be treated with dextroamphetamine pills or oral solution (liquid).
Children aged six to sixteen who suffer from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) can be treated with dextroamphetamine extended-release capsules.
Adults and children at least six years old with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) can be treated with a dextroamphetamine skin patch.
The treatment of narcolepsy also involves the use of dextroamphetamine pills, oral solution (liquid), and extended-release capsules.

SIDE EFFECTS
If you have any of the following symptoms: fever, sore throat, burning eyes, skin pain, red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling; or signs of a severe skin response (hives, difficulty breathing, swelling in your face or throat), get emergency medical attention.
In certain cases, stimulants have resulted in heart attacks, strokes, and unexpected deaths. If you experience any of the following symptoms of a heart attack or stroke: slurred speech, abrupt numbness or weakness on one side of the body, shoulder or jaw discomfort, or shortness of breath, get emergency medical attention.

WARNINGS
If you have glaucoma, an overactive thyroid, severe agitation, moderate to severe hypertension, heart disease or coronary artery disease, or a history of drug or alcohol addiction, you should not use this medication.
It’s possible that dextroamphetamine forms habits. Abuse can result in fatalities, major cardiac issues, or addiction.
